“We don’t believe that people wake up in the morning and say, ‘Hey, I want to go shopping for something handcrafted today,’ ” finance chief Rachel Glaser said in an interview. “They wake up saying, ‘I need a gift for my sister’s birthday’ or it’s Christmastime and ‘I need a special gift for a person that I love.’ ”

webretailer Free shipping and free 90 day returns.
It’s not “free” sellers just add to the price .
We're going to do what everyone else did last year.

It’s not really free shipping - it’s included shipping - Etsy wants the sellers to increase the price of the item to include the cost of shipping - then advertise as free shipping!!!
