PNC Bank has fixed-rate CDs with terms from 1 month to 10 years, and promotional fixed-rate CDs with terms from 9 to 61 months. The bank also has Ready Access CDs with 3-month and 1-year terms, which don't penalize you for withdrawing funds before the CD matures. PNC CD rates are low, but they're similar to what you'll find at other brick-and-mortar banks; for significantly higher rates, you'll likely have to look at online banks.PNC Bank offers a variety of CD term lengths, but its CD rates are low.
