Can't afford a pot to piss in. Not even a $2.00 lottery ticket.

Stocks are the better option unless you consider all the thousands many lost not too long ago. Playing the lottery and losing costs less money. I am not saying that one should do stocks. Stocks have risks and this article seems to try to say that stocks are safer which are not.
