There is no 'labor shortage'. There is a shortage of jobs with a living wage, health benefits, and acceptable working conditions. People have died in the mushroom harvesting business from poor ventilation. No minimum wage job is worth dying for.
the problem of MANY US INDUSTRIES is... they just spam produce everything. without thinking about the market. milk, egg, and now this thing. WHY?!? thats when u know that capitalism is bad. everyone want to make company and spam stuff and government the one that gonna pay those
