The 3400 at CityLine office building was constructed in 2018 at U.S. Highway 75 and Renner Road.
The more than 300,000-square-foot office campus is in Richardson’s mixed-use $1.5 billion CityLine district on the south side of Bush Turnpike at U.S. 75. The five-story office project was developed by UBS Asset Management and Transwestern Development Co. BOKA Powell designed the project, which includes a fitness center, a yoga garden and a parking garage with space for more than 1,000 cars.
The building is more than 77% leased to tenants including DXC Technology, Generational Equity and McCarthy Cos.“3400 at CityLine provides investors the rare opportunity to acquire a modern, recently completed Class A asset with tremendous upside in the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth market,” JLL’s marketing pitch says.
The D-FW area led the country in commercial property sales in 2021 with almost $47 billion in transactions.
