Known for albums including “True Colors” and “Clarity,” Mr. Zaslavski grew up in Germany. He bought the roughly 3-acre property in 2018 for $16 million, according to listing agent Emma Hernan of the Oppenheim Group. It was first listed last year, then reduced its price to $24.995 million before being taken off the market.
