The Phoenix-based grocer will join known future tenants such as Wells Fargo & Co., Peak Nutrition and Panda Nails. Mashburn previously told the Business Journal that between leases and letter of intent commitments, the total space is about 80% spoken for. Other prospective tenants were unknown as of Tuesday afternoon.
Papago Plaza has a 276-unit luxury apartment complex from Alliance Residential Co., called SeventyOne15 McDowell, that is now open, according to a news release. A 116-room Marriott Springhill Suites by Utah-based PEG Companies is under construction.
