A survey of 1,600 C-suite level executives and rank-and-file workers by Workplace intelligence in partnership with workplace technology company Airspeed Inc., found about two-thirds of executives believe their workers will quit because they feel disconnected. About 90% of executives say remote workers in their company are lacking culture and connection.
That echoes best practices from workplace consultants who say hybrid employers need to be intentional about forging connection with employees.
