Salon staff texts woman that she's blacklisted, company says it doesn't have such 'bad practice'

A hair salon customer was surprised to get a message informing her that her number was blacklisted.

The Stomper said:"This was a surprising encounter I had with one of the popular hair salon chains in Singapore. She said she had messaged the salon only twice recently on Nov 7 and 25 to enquire about making an appointment.Sharing screenshots of her chat with the salon, she told Stomp that she had never confirmed an appointment that was later cancelled.
