"Pornsak is himself 41 years of age come 14 January, 2023, and Michelle, 47, and Addy, 51. The age differences, however minor, would have been known to Pornsak when he started his collaboration with Michelle and Addy,” it said.
The company was also “deeply concerned” by Pornsak's suggestions that Mdada or its key shareholders are untrustworthy with customers’ purchases or lacking in corporate governance.It acknowledged that while there may be occasions where orders are delayed or cancelled due to factors outside of Mdada’s control , as CEO,"the proper execution of Mdada’s operations would have been matters fully within Pornsak’s scope of work and responsibilities".
“That Pornsak chose to do so even though he was former director and Chief Executive Officer and remains a shareholder is even more hurtful. This episode has not only affected Mdada’s reputation and value, but also hurt Michelle, Addy and all employees… Only Pornsak will be able to explain why he decided to do so.”
It added that it would continue to investigate on the matter and thanked Pornsak for his contributions.
