H1B visas are granted for specific jobs they can’t find Americans qualified to fill (supposedly). When the job goes away, the visa should be voided and the visa holder returns home.
Companies that hired H1B visa workers were taking jobs away from Americans. Gov's only sin was allocating visas for this. Why would gov't spend additional American taxpayer $s to keep them here after their H1B visa job ends? Proof that gov prefers non citizens over Americans
