FlyBe pilot Keith Sivell was made redundant for the second time by the company last weekend - he discovered when he woke up for an early shift at work.

BBC News NI business correspondent

Flybe's plans were significantly disrupted by delays in new aircraft arriving and reduced demand for travel. Keith had worked at the previous incarnation of Flybe for seven years and loved it, saying he was delighted to go back.

That airline was never going to survive.

Worse than that, it was still selling tickets

What’s his point? Clearly the people doing the recruiting didn’t know what was going to happen the next day. If they did they’d play the lotto.

Shows that the new owners were no better than the previous ones. The crew for Flybe 2 were sold a pack of lies from the owners on how Great everything was going to be. I pity the guys who went back after the 1st collapse!
