"Training and open communication must also be layered in every step of the way to set the employee up for success."

Quiet hiring is burdening a current employee with job descriptions from recently fired employees.

If this is true,then the added of jobs to the economy is a sham, misleading and is purposely excluding unemployed Americans struggling to return back into the workplace. HR depts are in house pimping.
