In her position as chief diversity & inclusion officer, Bowers aids the organization leverage differences to achieve its strategic business goals and address challenges created by shifting demographics, differing viewpoints and workplace inequities. She also oversees the organization’s EWGs and their initiatives to serve the local community.

In 2022, Bowers helped launch a formal Supplier Diversity program and establish a multicultural cohort of trained interviewers to ensure all interview panels are diverse.I’m really excited about the work we will be doing over the next two to three years to advance racial equity and create an anti-racist organization.
