Construction market cools in Prince Edward County

The building market in Prince Edward County is slowing down.

In February of this year, $11,929,056 in new construction was approved in Prince Edward County, compared to $12,191,890 in January. The number of permits is down too, not just the total value, with 43 permits issued in February compared to 64 in January. While the monthly number is down, Prince Edward County has still issued 106 permits so far this year with a combined total value of $20,349,152.
