How is the beauty industry going green?

The beauty industry may not have been the most environmentally friendly in the past, but some Scottish firms are attempting to change that.

At her Wishaw HQ she shows me empty beauty product containers which once held things like oils and moisturisers. I am convinced that the fashion industry is one of the worst culprits for carbon footprint because of how many models that are jumping on a plane to here, there and everywhere. And for what? To wear something? I’m sure the companies can find a local model for that!
