Senior figures from the Irish stock market operator and related firms are developing recommendations to revive the IPO market in Ireland. They are working on three core recommendations from a 2023 report, which include the establishment of a "cornerstone fund", tax incentives for retail investors, and tax breaks for founders or owners of companies that join the market.
