Dafna's Cheesecake Factory closed its doors earlier this year but a new arrival is just around the corner.
Now artisan chocolatiers and bakery Coco Baroque, who provided Dafna's Cheesecake Factory with sweet treats for 11 years, have signed a lease on the unit to open their first physical store in the near future. "The owner of Dafna's said they were planning to close but asked if we were interested in taking over the shop. We were looking for a shop ourselves at the time so we said yes. The history of the building itself and the legacy Dafna's is leaving behind is something I'm always conscious of. The most common feedback that we've had from people who've heard is, we're relieved you are taking over and not some other business, and how excited they are for us.
