Food fans in the south side got some exciting news recently after it was revealed a new market would be coming to the Burrell Collection in the popular south side park.

We love a good food and drink market and we also love Pollok Park, so when news broke recently that we could be getting a new weekly market at the popular south side park we were rightly excited.

They wrote: "We finally have the news you’ve been waiting for. We’re over the moon to have been invited to run a market outside on the Piazza and inside in the Courtyard in Pollok Country Park READ MORE: Rediscovering why Pollok Park is a southside gem ideal for families and dog walkers - even in the rainThey added that there might be the odd Sunday when the market doesn’t run, due to exhibitions in the museum, but they would confirm those dates at the time.
