We understand the importance of your trust and partnership, and we are determined to continue serving you with excellence and unwavering integrity.”On Monday, Jan. 29, the company resent the same email to Stoodley, this time including Stoodley’s administrative assistant as well.

On Wednesday, Jan. 31, another email was sent to Stoodley and her assistant. This time it came directly from Tesfamicael rather than the company.“I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to discuss the recent suspension of our ride-sharing license, which was issued on January 19, 2024,” he wrote.

“We kindly request your assistance in expediting the resolution process and lifting the suspension on our ridesharing license.
