Erin Hawley , a Missouri attorney representing the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, departs the Supreme Court following oral arguments in Washington, D.C.“We still have work to do,” says Hawley, who is the wife of Sen. Josh Hawley, the Republican of Missouri. In a briefing to reporters, Hawley says the fact the case was tossed out on a legal technicality, and that the justices didn't weigh in on merit left her organization “encouraged and hopeful that the FDA will be held to account.
