The second-place prize of $3,000 was awarded to Richard Bailey, owner of Bailey II Studios LLC, and Amy Ellis, owner of Total Rehabilitation Systems, won the third-place prize of $2,000., which the bank has said is a program designed to provide multicultural business owners with the guidance and skills needed to build strong businesses, spur economic growth in the Harrisburg area, and build generational wealth for their families.
