JIMMY MOYAHA: I don’t know if any of you have walked into a PEP store recently or in the past year or maybe even longer ago than that. They’ve got this unique service called PAXI, and it’s effectively just being able to send something via courier from one point to another. I remember a friend of mine asked me to pick up a document in Johannesburg and send it from one PEP store to another PEP store in Pretoria, and I didn’t even know that this was a possibility.

But it’s very easy to find a PEP.
This new platform will allow for optimal logistic processes simply with a click of a button to ensure a customer-centric experience. I know PAXI – I remember when I was looking at the rate to send a parcel from a PEP store to another PEP store – it was a very affordable rate. Does that affordability kind of translate for bigger businesses as well?
The exciting development is the introduction of home-delivery service tailored specifically for these businesses.
