Partners with client groups on various HR processes such as job design, organizational structure, lines of sequence, etc. Assists in facilitating positive Labour Relations between the Company and Unions. This involves providing counsel to Managers and Supervisors on issues related to the grievance process and its administration. Provides recommendations to preempt grievances.Prepares for and attends arbitration cases as required.
