Using profits to do good is a crucial component of our business. We look yearly to see which initiatives we can take to change the lives of our employees and customers. Last year, we engaged a financial planner to work with any staff member who was interested, helping our team to plan for education for their children, retirement beyond the company 401 and short-term goals like home ownership. –
I believe businesses should reexamine the core value they offer the market and see if they have spread themselves too thin doing non-related business activities. I prefer to strengthen our core offering this 2025 and lessen other peripheral non-core activities moving forward. –
