Biden FCC chair says Trump has 'no business' revoking broadcast licenses

Rosenworcel, however, said such a move would only be achievable by revoking a network’s broadcasting license, which is prohibited by the First Amendment. Rosenworcel added she plans to “speak up” about future moves made by the Trump administration’s FCC after her time leading the commission is up.
