Sunway REIT sees potential for growth through lease optimization, proactive management, and asset enhancement initiatives. Located in central Johor, the mall offers excellent connectivity to major cities and serves a population of over 320,000 with potential for 1 million more residents in the region.

PETALING JAYA: Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust telah menyelesaikan pengambilalihan Sunway Kluang Mall yang dahulunya dikenali sebagai Kluang Mall pada 30 Disember 2024.
