Small businesses in Shropshire are encouraged to apply for support grants of up to £10,000 before the scheme closes on January 10. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) allocated over £12 million to Shropshire, funding initiatives that improve local pride and life chances. The Small Business Grant Scheme provides up to 50% funding for new equipment or premises improvements for businesses with 1-49 employees. Over 63 Shropshire businesses have already received funding, highlighting the significant support available.

Over £12 million has been allocated to Shropshire from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund , which the last government created with £2.6 billion to invest in initiatives that improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK.
