The City Government of Bacolod has officially launched the Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) to simplify the processing and renewal of business permits. Located at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC), the BOSS offers a centralized location for various government services, including barangay clearances, health certifications, zoning approvals, fire safety inspections, and more. Business owners who complete their permit applications with full payment by January 20 are eligible for a 10% discount on their business tax. The city has also implemented an online application system for added convenience.

The City Government of Bacolod officially launched the Business One-Stop-Shop on Thursday, January 2, at the Bacolod City Government Center . The BOSS aims to streamline the processing and renewal of business permits. Stella Rose Rayos, head of the Permits and Licensing Division, shared that the BOSS has occupied the BCGC’s lobby and second floor for the processing of barangay clearances, which will be available until January 20.

She further noted that the business permit application process is now available online, allowing taxpayers to apply from home through the city’s official website at ebpls.bacolodcity.gov.ph or by visiting the BCGC for online assistance.
