Two men are facing charges after three men were found tied up at a western Sydney business. Police allege the two suspects fled the scene but were apprehended shortly after.

Two men have been arrested after allegedly fleeing a western Sydney business where three men were found tied up. A 38-year-old man sustained significant facial injuries and a partially severed toe, police said on Tuesday. Two men, aged 24 and 26, appeared in court charged with detaining someone for advantage, assault, and break and enter. Police responded to reports of a break and enter at a business complex in Allingham St, Condell Park about 10.

45pm on Saturday, January 4, and allegedly saw the men running away. Officers searched the business premises and a unit where they found the three men with their arms and legs bound. Paramedics treated the injured 38-year-old before he was taken to hospital in a serious condition. The other two alleged victims, aged 30 and 32, were treated for minor injuries. The alleged offenders faced Bankstown Local Court on Monday charged with taking and detaining with the intent to gain advantage, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and breaking and entering in company with the intent to steal more than $60,000. The 24-year-old man was denied bail to appear before Bankstown Local Court on Monday, January 13. The 26-year-old man was denied bail to appear before Bankstown Local Court on Wednesday, March 5. Police have searched the business and unit for evidence and the investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact police
