The chain of luxury grocery and restaurant complexes devoted to Italian cuisine is coming to Canada this fall. Here’s a look at its plans

Eataly, the chain of luxury grocery and restaurant complexes devoted to Italian cuisine, is expected to open its first Canadian location this fall after years of planning and construction.

Q: You’re basically opening a dozen restaurants, bars and supermarkets at once. Running one of those well is hard enough — how do you manage all of them?
