Keppel DC Reit, Keppel Infrastructure Trust:

The managers of Keppel DC Reit requested a trading halt on Monday morning before the market opened, on the back of news that the Reit is raising some S$473.8 million, mainly to fund the acquisition of 1-Net North Data Centre. DataCentre One is a joint venture company by Keppel Infrastructure Trust's subsidiary, CityDC, and WDC Development. The JV company was formed in June 2014 to develop, build and lease 1-Net North Data Centre.
