Ray is right, but I guess it depends on the mendate of your portfolio , even some high equity funds can weather the storm by just understanding the prevailing market regime and adjusting their portfolios accordingly.
Ray should create an ETF for it. I’d pay 40 basis points in fees for it. RayDalio I’m loving him as a author as well. We need more Dalio
