No clear lines drawn between these 2 roles will often incur skepticism from its citizen. The obvious question from the man on the street will be why ? And if no attempt is made to clarify this, suspicions starts to creep in naturally.
Part of the reform agenda is to never have the same person be PM and FM as in the Najib era. Should answer with a vehement NO.
