He said a just energy transition will see South Africa becoming a leader in the sector.
"It needs to address the needs of workers, and communties that are affected but more importantly, it also needs to lead to economic development. "We must see sub-industries spawning in the areas where we are going to have these projects implemented and to see these projects leading to job creating."
