Moss Adams is one of the companies being honored with this year’s Leader in Diversity Awards. ClickMoss Adams is committed to accelerating its DEI initiatives, including accountability, transparency, and investing in the community.
Within the past year, the Dallas office of the Seattle-based accounting firm saw a 72% donor increase for its Giving Tuesday program, which provides funding to charities with DEI initiatives. The company also provides local scholarships through its Ignite program for students of diverse backgrounds who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
“A new generation of DEI leaders has emerged within Moss Adams, particularly in our Dallas office, and we are excited to see where they take us,” the company said. Within the next year, Moss Adams plans to expand its Business Resource Groups involvement, sponsorship and attendance at diversity conferences and campus recruiting and continue to build DEI competencies into its performance evaluation framework.
