Now is the time to cut their costs, review staffing, goal contracts, dump BBEEE and control non operation costs. The R222bn for the 'emergency power' is ideal to be re-directed to actually improving our electricity infrastructure & improving overall power station EAF. Still baffling to spend that amount for 1.2GW for infrastructure we don't own... They are driving ESKOM to privatisation like SAA
