Colliers has launched Southgate in Drogheda, Co Meath to market with an asking price of €31.5 million.
Built in the early 2000s by Shannon Homes, Southgate is a modern purpose-built mixed-use development which forms a vital part of the commercial centre of Drogheda town. The sale comprises about 5,328 square metres of retail accommodation, about 8,696 square metres of office and retail accommodation, 64 residential units and 730 car spaces.
