PETALING JAYA: ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd (PHCorp), set up to manage the Peduli Kesihatan B40 scheme (PeKa B40) is a 100% government-owned company, says Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.
