Jimmy Donaldson sued the operator of MrBeast Burger to get out of the contract on July 31, 2023, but Virtual Dining Concepts countersued on August 7, 2023. Virtual Dining Concepts, VDC, and subsidiary Celebrity Virtual Dining, filed suit against MrBeast—whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson—Monday morning in New York.
