Three Saskatchewan insurance brokers have announced they are merging into a new entity that will become one of the province’s largest commercial brokers.
Hoffman Kool has operated in the province for 50 years, providing transportation, construction and other commercial insurance in Saskatoon and northern Saskatchewan. “Being part of a larger specialist team provides more opportunity to collaborate, share best practices, and be an even stronger resource for our communities and clients, who now have the convenience of accessing five offices across three cities,” Knibbs said in the media release.
“HK Henderson is an amalgamation of three companies who’ve chosen to grow together to better support our clients across the province. Our employees play an integral role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and there are no redundancies as part of the amalgamation, in fact we will be hiring over the coming months,” she said.
