An Aspen, Colorado, Megamansion Is Back on the Market Asking $70 Million

A megamansion in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado, has hit the market for $70 million—a $10 million increase from when it last traded in May 2022.

The deal was one of the most expensive ever recorded in the affluent mountain destination. It’s not clear if any renovations occurred over the last year.Despite its even loftier price, the home is unlikely to break a record for the town. A neighboring mansion that sold for $76 million in September now stands as Aspen’s highest residential sale ever, according to a third-quarter report from Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty.
