(Kitco News) - Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President Neel Kashkari said it is too soon to declare victory over inflation, despite signs in recent economic releases that price pressures are easing.

Wholesale pork prices in China have dropped by over 40% compared to the previous year.

Of note: The value of China’s direct holdings of U.S. Treasuries has slumped to the lowest level since 2009. And, Chinese investors offloaded the most U.S. bonds and stocks in four years in August.
