Employees of a small company called PhotoAid are being offered free trips to an apartment in Tenerife, the largest of Spain's Canary Islands. The company started renting the apartment as a way to create relationships and build morale among its remote workforce. Employees can stay up to three weeks at a time and visit as many times as they like.
