Located in Blanco County six miles east of Johnson City, Baird Miller Creek Ranch covers more than 760 acres and is listed for $12.95 million.While it’s not the most sprawling or most expensive property on the market, it does have a unique aspect in that its uses are — to an extent — limited.The owner’s grandparents placed a conservation easement on the property in 1990 preserving the ranch into perpetuity.
