WALNUT CREEK — Police arrested a suspect Sunday afternoon following a hit-and-run at the Walnut Creek farmers market early Sunday morning that critically injured two people.
A call was made to police at 5:15 a.m. about the crash, which happened on on Locust Street near Cole Avenue.A police officer located the vehicle and arrested the driver.
