Navarra noted a high compliance rate in the past two years in the region comprised of Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, and Negros Occidental provinces as well as the highly urbanized cities of Iloilo and Bacolod. From July-December 2022, there was a compliance rate of 96 percent for GLS and 93.1 percent for OSHS law.
