Banyana Banyana will be jetting off to Europe soon for two international friendly matches at the end of the month. They will play against Denmark and England. The matches will serve as a preparation for next year’s Women Africa Cup of Nations tournament.Coach Desiree Ellis is working around the clock to make sure that her team is ready to successfully defend their title next year.
Banyana will play against Denmark on the 25 of October, before facing England four days later. Banyana assistant coach, Thinasonke Mbuli, will not be travelling to Europe. Mbuli recently helped the University of the Western Cape to qualify for their first CAF Champions League.
