The Sydney wellness entrepreneur being pursued for bankruptcy by billionaire Richard White alleges the WiseTech Global founder expected her to have sex with him in exchange for an investment in her business.after the businessman served a bankruptcy notice on his former lover and she applied to the Federal Court to have it thrown out., Ms Rogan alleges her relationship with Mr White became sexual in September 2022 after she travelled with him to the United States.
The filings claim Ms Nasser and Mr White dined with Ms Rogan at Bambini Trust, a Sydney institution popular with the business and the legal community in August that year. “I’m an entrepreneur. I have a company WiseTech, I’m a billionaire,” Mr White allegedly told Ms Rogan at the time. During these discussions, Ms Rogan said Mr White told her she would have to buy out her business partners, which he would fund. He said that Ms Rogan would need to negotiate the buy-out. “If he thinks a billionaire is going to buy him out, the price will escalate,” Mr White allegedly told her.
He had booked one suite at the Park Lane hotel, where suites can cost more than $3000 a night. Ms Rogan said in her affidavit a sexual relationship was expected to fulfil his promise of investing in her business.
