No foul play was involved in his death, according to the police.
Born in 1985, Song Jae-rim debuted as an actor in 2009 and gained attention when he played the role of warrior Kim Jae-woon in the 2012 drama “Moon Embracing the Sun,” which starred Kim Soo-hyun, Han Ga-in, Jung Il-woo, and Kim Min-seo. Hyung-sun, paid tribute to Song Jae-rim by uploading a photo of them together on the set of “Moon Embracing the Sun” on Instagram.
Broadcaster Hong Seok-cheon said, “I’m sad that I won’t be able to see your wonderful smile again. I’m devastated that I couldn’t take better care of you and had to send you off without saying goodbye,” and added, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry again. I didn’t do a good job as a brother.
